In order to be a leader you must have those who are willing to follow you. This means you have to create movement – you have to inspire others. Transformational leadership skills, performed well, will achieve this.
Inspire: – verb, to inspire
to spur on: impel, motivate. threats don’t necessarily inspire people to work. b. : to exert an animating, enlivening, or exalting influence on.
