My experience and my learning have proved to me that a transformational leadership style is a no-brainer for companies.
I’m such a fan of it that I had to write a book!!
The thing about leadership is that so much has been written about it.
Personally, I have read hundreds of books on the subject, as it is my specialist area.
Writing a new book on the topic requires the subject matter to be handled in a different way for there to be value in the reading exercise.
My findings from my extensive learning feature the realisation that most leadership books are not very easy to apply, sadly.
I wanted mine to be a helpful guide and a captivating read.
